I am an Assistant Professor of Biostatistics in the Department of Population Health Science and Policy at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. My research aims to develop statistical and computational methods to understand complex biological systems using high-dimensional omics data. I focus on causal inference, with a particular emphasis on causal mediation analysis, and work on network-based approaches and multi-omics integration, with applications in single-cell transcriptomics, proteomics, microbiome, and proteogenomics studies.
