I am an Assistant Professor of Biostatistics in the Department of Population Health Science and Policy at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai.
At Mount Sinai, I am also a member of the Institute for Health Care Delivery Science, a member of the Center for Biostatistics, and a member of the Biostatistics Shared Resource at the Tisch Cancer Center.
My research centers on developing statistical methods and bioinformatics tools for differential network analysis, causal mediation analysis, and multi-omics data integration to solve problems in proteogenomics data, microbiome data, and transcriptomics data.
